<br />DES:djk ()7/13/93 <br /> <br />(054/32) <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br /> <br />07/13/93) <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California and Golden Bear Arborists, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />providing <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />aforesaid <br /> <br />services, <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />copy <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />directed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />attest <br /> <br />thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of <br /> <br />Golden Bear Arborists, Inc., are hereby waived. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The City Clerk <br /> <br />is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br /> <br />upon <br /> <br />execution <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />it <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />aforementioned <br /> <br />agreement, <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />securities guaranteeing execution of the agreement upon award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />12020 <br />
