Resolution No. 14598 entitled, "Resolution Amending Section 3 of the Rules <br /> and Regulations of the Redwood City Water Department (Public Works Services <br /> Department) Relating to Water Rates; and Rescinding Resolution No. 14537," adopted <br /> July 26, 2004, and operative August 1, 2004, is hereby rescinded. <br /> 3. This resolution shall be effective upon its adoption, provided, however, that <br /> the rates and charges established pursuant to paragraph 1, shall be operative July 1, <br /> 2005(the "Operative Date").
