MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> June 10, 2002 <br /> MO. 02-159 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: June 11,2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Planning Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Motion to approve policy statement that the City will: <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on June 10, 2002. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Ruskin, Howard, Pierce, Hartnett, Jordan, Vice Mayor <br />Ira, and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br />Ruskin/Hartnett Motion to approve policy statement that the City will: <br /> <br /> i) Continue to take actions implementing the City's existing STOPP <br /> permit, including street sweeping, stream monitoring, participation <br /> by City representatives in various committees, inspection of <br /> sensitive facilities for illicit discharges; and public outreach (these <br /> are all actions currently being taken); <br /> ii) Direct staff to subsequently forward these implementing actions to <br /> the Planning Commission for possible incorporation into the <br /> Conservation Element of the General Plan; <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
