Resolution No. 14598 entitled, "Resolution Amending Section 3 of the Rules <br />and Regulations of the Redwood City Water Department (Public Works Services <br />Department) Relating to Water Rates, and Rescinding Resolution No. 14537," adopted <br />July 26, 2004, and operative August 1, 2004, is hereby rescinded. <br />3. This resolution shall be effective upon its adoption, provided, however, that <br />the rates and charges established pursuant to paragraph 1, shall be operative July 1, <br />2005(the "Operative Date ").
