<br />DES:djk "7/12/93 <br /> <br />(047/32) <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the South Bayside <br /> <br />System Authority, a public entity, and the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />a municipal <br /> <br />corporation <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />State <br /> <br />of California <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Seventh <br /> <br />Amendment <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Agreement <br /> <br />Accounting <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Financial <br /> <br />Services", <br /> <br />(form dated <br /> <br />06/16/93) , <br /> <br />pursuant <br /> <br />to which <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />provides <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />accounting <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />financial <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />Authority, a copy of which agreement in on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br />full <br /> <br />particulars <br /> <br />thereof, <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />approved, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Manager <br /> <br />and City Clerk are hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br /> <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />transmit <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />certified <br /> <br />copy <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />resolution <br /> <br />together <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />executed <br /> <br />duplicate <br /> <br />original <br /> <br />counterparts <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />approved hereby to the South Bayside System Authority. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />12012 <br />
