<br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />DES:djk 0~/21/93 (054/34) <br />DES:djk 112/93R <br />7/12/93 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />12010 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br />REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br />THEREWITH; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS NUMBERED 11955 <br />AND 11956, RESPECTIVELY <br /> <br />(ARTS AND WINE FESTIVAL) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That certain letter permit issued to the Redwood City <br /> <br />Downtown Association for the use of certain public rights-of-way <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />connection with <br /> <br />an Arts <br /> <br />and Wine Festival <br /> <br />to be held on <br /> <br />September 18 and September 19, 1993, in the form of Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein <br /> <br />is hereby approved, the regulation of the public rights-of-way <br /> <br />described <br /> <br />therein <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby adopted pursuant <br /> <br />to Vehicle <br /> <br />Code <br /> <br />Section 21100, and the Chief of Police is hereby authorized to <br /> <br />issue said permit. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Resolutions Numbered 11955 and 11956 both of which are <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Resolution Authorizing Issuance of Letter Permit and <br /> <br />Regulating Use of Public Rights-of-Way in Connection Therewith <br /> <br />'Arts and Wine Festival'", adopted March 22, 1993, (providing for <br /> <br />the issuance of permits to the Redwood City Merchants Group and <br /> <br />the Redwood City Downtown Association, respectively) are hereby, <br /> <br />and each of them is, rescinded. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
