<br />DES:¡¡-ik <br /> <br />06/30/93 <br /> <br />(#19) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />7/12/93 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />12009 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR 1993-94 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Article XIII B of the Constitution of the State of <br /> <br />California places various <br /> <br />limitations on the City's powers of <br /> <br />appropriation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Division 9 of the Government Code (commencing with <br /> <br />Section 7900) provides for the implementation of Article XIII B <br /> <br />by various procedures, including the requirement that each local <br /> <br />jurisdiction shall, by resolution, establish its appropriations <br /> <br />limit for the following fiscal year; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />This Council does hereby establish as <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />appropriations <br /> <br />limit for Fiscal Year 1993-94, the amount shown on Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />hereof, <br /> <br />attached <br /> <br />hereto <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />incorporated <br /> <br />herein. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />M~"'. ~---~. ....-.-...~..... <br />
