<br /> DES:djk 06/11/93 (092/34) <br /> 0 RIG I N A L 6/28/93 <br />R E SOL U T I 0 N N O. 12007 <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR WORKERS COMPENSATION CLAIMS <br />ADMINISTRATION SERVICES <br /> <br />(ASSOCIATION OF BAY AREA GOVERNMENTS ("ABAG") <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the Association of Bay <br /> <br />Area Governments ("ABAG"), a joint powers agency and the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation in the State of California, <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Service <br /> <br />Agreement <br /> <br />Administration <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Workers' <br /> <br />Compensation", <br /> <br />providing <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />furnishing <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />workers <br /> <br />compensation claims administration services to the City for the <br /> <br />term July 1, 1993 - June 30, 1994, a copy of which agreement is <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />made <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />full <br /> <br />particulars <br /> <br />thereof, <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />approved, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Manager <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />directed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />attest <br /> <br />thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />..--...-----'.."'.-'-""-"" <br />
