<br />DES:djk 11/02/93 <br /> <br />(003/37) <br /> <br />a RIG I N A L <br /> <br />11/8/93 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />12095 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE REDWOOD CITY-SAN MATEO COUNTY <br />CHAMBER OF COMMERCE RELATING TO THE GENERAL PROMOTION <br />AND DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE IN THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />Between <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Redwood City-San Mateo County Chamber of Commerce and the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City", relating to the general promotion and development <br /> <br />of local industry and commerce in the City of Redwood City, a <br /> <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, <br /> <br />to which <br /> <br />copy <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby made <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and <br /> <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br /> <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
