Although NEe will continue to be <br />liable under this agreement for all ports housed in all switches <br />NEC will grant a 100 port discount for the initial term of this <br />agreement. The city may elect to contract NEC to reducc:J <br />reconfigurc the Library switch to reduce total ports.
