<br />DES:dft <br /> <br />10/L~/93 (007/36) <br />101 /93R <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate and fitting that Donna Wishon, <br /> <br />Deborah Patterson and Ann Dunbar be recognized, on behalf of all <br />of the citizens of the City of Redwood City, for their exemplary, <br /> <br />heroic and life-saving efforts in responding to a vicious crime <br /> <br />committed in their presence; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />This Council does hereby commend and congratulate Donna <br /> <br />Wishon, Deborah Patterson and Ann Dunbar for their exemplary, <br /> <br />heroic and life-saving efforts in responding to the vicious crime <br /> <br />committed in their presence on January 10, 1993. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />This Council does hereby urge all citizens of the city <br /> <br />of Redwood City to join it in giving recognition to Donna Wishon, <br /> <br />Deborah <br /> <br />Patterson <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Ann <br /> <br />Dunbar <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />their <br /> <br />outstanding <br /> <br />performance of civic responsibility in the face of grave personal <br />risk. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />transmit certified copies of this resolution to Ms. Donna Wishon, <br />Deborah Patterson and Ann Dunbar. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />7( <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />12090 <br /> <br />
