JAH:dft 0/08/93 (003/36) " 22/93R public service easements that are to be created extraneous to this proceeding and that are to be retained as a part of the Sequoia Station Project, will be shown on the Final Subdivision Map to be approved and recorded upon the conclusion of the abandonment proceedings initiated hereby; NOW THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. This Council hereby declares its intention to vacate the portion of Franklin Street hereinafter described, and to vacate the five-feet wide stormwater easement and the seven-feet wide sewer and water easement hereinafter described, and elects to proceed with such vacations pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code (commencing with Section 8320); provided that, this Council further declares its intention to reserve a public service easement within the boundaries of such street pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 5 of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code (commencing with Section 8340), all as shown and described in Exhibits "A", "B" and "C" attached hereto and made a part hereof. The portion of the street and the two easements to be abandoned hereby and the public service easement to be reserved hereby, also are shown on maps and plans on file and available for public inspection in the office of the City Engineer.
