<br />DES:djk 05/10/93 <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />12080 <br /> <br />(077/34) <br />9/27/93 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR MONITORING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br />RELATING TO WETLAND MITIGATION SITE AT NEW POLICE <br />FACILITY <br /> <br />(BIOSYSTEMS ANALYSIS, INC.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has implemented a wetland <br /> <br />mitigation and wildlife habitat enhancement program at the new <br /> <br />Police Facility located on Maple Street in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, California (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br /> <br />expert <br /> <br />environmental <br /> <br />mitigation <br /> <br />monitoring, <br /> <br />reporting <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />maintenance services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, BioSystems, Analysis, <br /> <br />Inc. of Tiburon, California <br /> <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br /> <br />expertise <br /> <br />to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />required <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Monitoring and <br /> <br />Maintenance Services - Wetland Mitigation Site at the New Police <br /> <br />Facility" <br /> <br />(form dated <br /> <br />05/10/93) , <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />and between <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> <br />and BioSystems Analysis, Inc., for the performance of the above- <br /> <br />mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City <br /> <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br /> <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
