<br />DES:djk 0.8/30/93 <br /> <br />(116/34) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />9/13/93 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />12074 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br />WATERMAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT 1993-1994 (PHASE I); AND <br />AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />contract documents <br /> <br />for the Watermain Replacement <br /> <br />Project 1993-1994 (Phase I), Redwood City, California, have been <br /> <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />desires <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />signify <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those certain documents <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Contract Documents <br /> <br />for the Watermain Replacement Project 1993-1994 (Phase I) - City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />California", <br /> <br />prepared <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Department <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Community <br /> <br />Development, <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />Division, <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />copy <br /> <br />of which <br /> <br />documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
