<br />FXS:dmp 08/19/93 <br /> <br />(013/35) <br /> <br />0 R DIN A N C E <br /> <br />8/30/93 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />12069 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR OCCUPANCY OF THE OLD POLICE <br />FACILITIES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit <br /> <br />- 1020 Middlefield Road" <br /> <br />(form dated 08/19/9 3R) <br /> <br />by and between <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Art <br /> <br />Center <br /> <br />Association, granting to said association the non-exclusive use <br /> <br />of City's <br /> <br />premises <br /> <br />located at <br /> <br />1020 <br /> <br />Middlefield <br /> <br />Road, <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City, subject to the terms and conditions stated therein, which <br /> <br />permi t is on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
