ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR - City Council <br /> <br />This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br />City Council on any subject relating to the City Council which is not on the ag~da or any <br />item within the Consent Calendar. If the subject YOU wish to address is not on the <br />aoenda. please understand tha~Brown Act (Open ~Law) prec~ <br />Council from takino any action at this time. All items within the Consent Calendar are <br />considered to be routine and the City Council will waive the reading of the Consent <br />Calendar (except the title of any ordinances) and adopt all resolutions and ordinances, <br />and approve other items by one motion and one vote. Contract with Third Party Administrator (TPA) for workers' compensation <br />administration services, Claims Management, Inc.
