COpy 6/12/00 RES 0 l UTI 0 N N 0.13920 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF PACIFIC SHORES CENTER SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND A~THORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS, AND ACCEPTING SEAPORT BOULEVARD FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCil OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOllOWS: 1. That certain final subdivision map (including dedications of easements and public street described therein) entitled, "Pacific Shores Center Subdivision", prepared by Bohley Consulting Civil Engineers, consultants for Pacific Shores Development, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the Manager, Engineering and Construction, as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: a) Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of Pacific Shores Center", (form dated 06/09/00R) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time specified in said Agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision -1- SH/R WC/Council RESO-906,doc FXS/fs 1111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 2000-089116 07/21/2000 08:55~ R1 Page 2 of 6
