<br />- . <br /> <br />yr", <br /> <br />COPT <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />12/18/00 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />14107 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PARCEL MAP NO. 2000-8, REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND <br />ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATION~~ FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID PARCEL MAP; VACATING A <br />PORTION OF ORCHARD AVENUE; AND ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF <br />EASEMENT AND A PORTION OF ORCHARD AVENUE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final parcel map (including dedications described therein) entitled, <br /> <br />"Parcel Map No. 2000-8", prepared by Luzuriaga Taylor, Inc., Civil Engineers and Consultants <br /> <br />for Jon E. Pierog and Patricia M. Lucas, the owners of record of said parcel map, heretofore <br /> <br />determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is <br /> <br />approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a) Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City ("City") for <br /> <br />recordation, the owners or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owners or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of. said <br /> <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed construction agreement <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvement for Parcel <br /> <br />Map No. 2000-8", (form dated 11/07/00) wherein Owner, in consideration for the <br /> <br />approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br /> <br />specified in said Agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the provisions <br /> <br />of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision <br /> <br />regulations of said City, and such other improvements designated or mentioned in said <br /> <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br />Reso-1032 <br />FXS:djk <br />F :/SharedfRedwoodfCouncil <br />11/07/00 <br /> <br />1111111 II11I 'I'III!
