<br />',' r. r <br />Luzuriaga Taylor, Inc., Civif'd'ñgineers, entitled, "Improvement Plans tor Parcel Map 2000-8 - <br /> <br />242 Orchard Avenue", and in accordance with City's revised specifications entitled, <br />"Engineering Standards for the City of Redwood City", adopted January 5, 1998, which plans <br /> <br />and specifications are on file in the office of the City Engineer. Said Improvements shall also be <br /> <br />constructed in strict compliance with the provisior:$ of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, the subdivision regulations of said City. To the extent that a conflict exists <br /> <br />between the plans and specifications and said Chapter 30 in regard to the standard for a <br /> <br />particular improvement, the stricter standard shall govern. Owners shall complete all of the <br /> <br />Improvements, subject to time extensions allowable under Paragraph 11, on or before <br /> <br />November 13, 2002. The Improvements shall include, but are not necessarily limited to, all of <br /> <br />the following: <br /> <br />(a) grading, paving <br />(b) curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways <br />(c) tree planting <br />(d) undergrounding overhead utility services <br />proposed structures <br /> <br />between the street and the <br /> <br />and all other work, improvements. or construction required by or mentioned in the <br /> <br />abovementioned plans and specifications, conditions of permits and all construction, <br /> <br />appurtenances and improvements necessary as reasonable determined by the City Engineer to <br />complete the aforementioned improvements, both within and outside of the abovementioned <br /> <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />SECURITY. <br /> <br />Owners shall, before the release of said final map by City for <br /> <br />recordation, furnish to City and file with the City Clerk a certificate of deposit securing the faithful <br /> <br />performance and labor and materials by Owners of all work and the construction of the <br /> <br />Improvements mentioned in this Agreement within the time herein specified. The amount of <br /> <br />said security shall be Thirty-two Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($32,000.00).
