This letter <br />permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Celebration: The Celebration events shall be sponsored by and <br />conducted by the Permittee. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Revocation This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by <br />the City. This permit is non-transferable. <br /> <br />Location: The City shall order the necessary temporary street closures <br />and provide barricades, but Permittee shall be responsible for placing <br />the barricades. The streets as shown in "Exhibit A", shall be reserved for <br />the Celebration. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Dates and Times: The celebration shall be held on Sunday, May 2, <br />1993 from 10 AM to 7:00 PM. with set-up beginning at 6 PM. on May 1 , <br />1993. Take down Will be on May 2, 1993 with the street completely clear <br />by 10:00 PM, May 2, 1993. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Liquor Sales: Beer and wine may be sold in plastic cups, no bottles. <br />Liquor sales will cease at 6:00 PM. <br /> <br />11943 <br />
