Clay Stringer
Redwood City Police Dept.
Middlefield & Jefferson
Redwood City, CA., 94063

Dear Sgt. Stringer:

We would like to request a change on the site for the Cinco de Mayo Festivities to be held
on Sunday, May 2, 1993. We are requesting a change from the parking lot north of the
Gypsy Tavern and south of Hamilton Street to Broadway between Jefferson and Winslow
to include Hamilton and Middlefield. Please see attached rough map.

The change is being made in the interest of safety. As we previously discussed, the
parking lot is too close to the Railroad Tracks and to put up a fence as per your request is
very expensive. Insurance wise, I believe that they would also be more receptive to the
new requested location.

If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call at (415) 802-5617. I
would appreciate written confirmation of your approval to change so that I can share it
with the Club. In writing to me, please use the following address:

Dr. Tony M.
