KIWANIS CLUB AND REGULATING USE <br />OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> <br />(CARNIVAL) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain letter permit issued to the Woodside Terrace <br /> <br />A.M. Kiwanis Club for the use of certain public rights-of-way in <br /> <br />connection with the Woodside Terrace A.M. Kiwanis Club Carnival <br /> <br />beginning Thursday, <br /> <br />July 1, <br /> <br />1993, <br /> <br />6:00 p.m., <br /> <br />through Tuesday, <br /> <br />July <br /> <br />6, <br /> <br />1993, <br /> <br />6:00 <br /> <br />a.m. , <br /> <br />in the <br /> <br />form of Exhibit <br /> <br />"A" <br /> <br />hereof, <br /> <br />attached hereto <br /> <br />and by <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />approved, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />regulation <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />public <br /> <br />rights-of-way <br /> <br />described <br /> <br />therein <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />adopted pursuant <br /> <br />to Vehicle <br /> <br />Code <br /> <br />Section 21100, <br /> <br />and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to issue said permit. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
