<br />DES: df_t <br /> <br />12/11/91 (018/31) <br />ORICIÙAL <br />December 16, 1991 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11662 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING ENGINEERING STANDARDS <br />FOR THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those certain documents entitled, <br /> <br />"Standard Technical <br /> <br />Specifications <br /> <br />For <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />Projects", <br /> <br />"City <br /> <br />Standard <br /> <br />Details", <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />"Design <br /> <br />Criteria", <br /> <br />collectively <br /> <br />described <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />"Engineering Standards for the City of Redwood City", revised as <br /> <br />of August, <br /> <br />1991, are hereby approved and adopted as the minimum <br /> <br />standard <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />construction <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />public <br /> <br />improvements in the City of Redwood City; provided, however, that <br /> <br />nothing herein contained shall be deemed to limit the authority <br /> <br />of this Council, or any commission, board, or officer of the City <br /> <br />to require higher or different standards as may otherwise be duly <br /> <br />authorized or required. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The Director of Community Development and any and all <br /> <br />other duly authorized officers of the City are hereby authorized <br /> <br />and directed to implement the standards hereby approved. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />11662 <br />
