<br />DES <br /> <br />"ft 12/09/9l (015/31) <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given by the Council of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City of <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />intention to approve an amendment to the <br /> <br />contract between said Council and the Board of Administration of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Public <br /> <br />Employees' <br /> <br />Retirement <br /> <br />System, <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />copy <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />amendment is <br /> <br />attached hereto, <br /> <br />marked Exhibit <br /> <br />"A" , <br /> <br />and by this <br /> <br />reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Consideration of adoption of the ordinance <br /> <br />approving <br /> <br />and authorizing execution of the above-described amendment to the <br /> <br />contract between the Council of the City of Redwood City and the <br /> <br />Board <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Administration <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Public <br /> <br />Employees' <br /> <br />Retirement <br /> <br />System shall occur after publication of said ordinance and at a <br /> <br />regular meeting of this Council not less than twenty <br /> <br />(20) <br /> <br />days <br /> <br />after adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
