Authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if <br />necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded, not to exceed <br />$140,566.80; and <br />3. Find that the project is exempt from the requirements of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Sections <br />15301 (Existing Facilities), 15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction), <br />15304 (Minor Alterations to Land), and 15311 (Accessory Structures) <br /> <br /> C.
