6.3.A. - Page 9 <br />Notes: <br />Half of the construction budget is the targeted funding amount for each <br />grant program and the total funding identified exceeds the $104 M <br />need. This is based on the assumptions that: <br />1. all funding requests may not be successful, and <br />2. successful requests may not be fully funded. <br />SB 1, Measure A, and INFRA are all competitive funding programs, no <br />funding is guaranteed. <br />The City's share would be reduced or expanded according to how <br />much funding is generated from other sources. <br />' Construction includes capital costs and construction support (construction management and <br />administration and design services during construction). <br />"At this time, it is unknown whether the INFRA program will continue beyond this year. <br />
