TA. - Page 6 <br />Redwood <br />Cit.lifnrna <br />Fawded1967 <br />AGREEMENT ON ESTABLISHMENT OF SISTER CITY RELATIONSHIP <br />BETWEEN AGUILILLA, MICHOACAN, IN THE UNITED <br />MEXICAN STATES AND THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA <br />Attachment 1 <br />Aguililla, Michoacan in the United Mexican States and the City of Redwood City, California in the <br />United States of America, with a view to promoting mutual understanding and friendship <br />between the peoples of the two countries, and to enhancing friendly cooperation between the <br />two cities, have, along the general principles of Sister City International, agreed to establish <br />between the two cities, a sister city relationship. <br />The two cities have further agreed, under the principle of mutual fairness and mutual benefit, to <br />undertake broad exchanges and cooperation in trade, science and technology, arts, cultural <br />programs, education, sports, public health, urban development and management, etc., so as to <br />share efforts in promoting the prosperity of Aguililla and the City of Redwood City. <br />This Agreement shall become effective on and from the date of signature: <br />Signed in <br />copies. <br />Signature <br />John D.
