EXHIBIT "A" <br />PARCEL I: (MAIN LIBRARY) <br />COMMENCING at a point on the Southeasterly line of Jefferson <br />Avenue distant thereon 100 feet Northeasterly from the North- <br />easterly line of Railroad Avenue, formerly called Pennsylvania <br />Avenue; thence running Southeasterly at right angles to said <br />Southeasterly line of Jefferson Avenue to the center line of the <br />West branch of the Redwood Creek, being also the Westerly <br />boundary line of the property conveyed to F. K. Towne by the <br />Redwood City School District, by Deed recorded June 18, 1926 in <br />Book 240 of Official Records at page 238; thence running <br />Northerly and along said boundary line of property conveyed to <br />F. K.
