BAY CITIES JOINT POWERS INSURANCE AUTHORITY <br />MEMORANDUM OF COVERAGE <br />LIABILITY COVERAGE <br />ENDORSEMENT N0.3 <br />This endorsement, effective 12:01 a.m., July 1, 2002, forms a part of Policy No. BCJPIA2002- <br />1 GL. <br />Notwithstanding Exclusion (6), it is understood that this Memorandum of Coverage applies to <br />"damages" because of "bodily injury," "property damage," or "personal injury" arising out of <br />ownership, maintenance, or operation of the marinas insured under the Marina Operators Policy <br />No~NIH290718~, or renewal thereof, issued by Zurich American Insurance Group to Bay Cities <br />Joint Powers Insurance Authority, if the liability arises from an action which would be covered <br />under a comprehensive general liability policy. <br />Attached to and forming part of Policy No. BCJPIA 2002-1GL <br />Effective Date: July 1, 2002 <br />Endorsement No.: 3 <br />AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE <br /> <br />4 <br />wr~a~v~ocsw~auoazvaoczooz-xom - 23 of 23 <br />
