Agreement/ City of Redwood City, Redwood City 2020 Program <br />The work/services to be performed are: <br />Outreach, enrollment and retention activities to reach San Mateo County children and families who are <br />eligible for but not enrolled in health coverage. The Contractor will work in partnership with Redwood City Family <br />Centers and other community agencies, community institutions, businesses, and civic organizations to increase <br />awareness of the Children's Health Initiative. The Contractor, with Redwood City Family Centers, will partner <br />with Health Services' Community Health Advocates and Human Services Agency eligibility staff to distribute <br />general health and Medi-Cal/Health Families and Healthy Kids information at community sites in the Redwood <br />City area of the County and enroll eligible families in Medi-Cal, Healthy Families and Healthy Kids.
