'•. <br />Schedule B <br />City of Redwood City, Redwood City 2020 Program <br />Payment Schedule <br />In full consideration of the services provided by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, County shall pay <br />Contractor in the manner described below, except that any and all payments shall be subject to the conditions <br />contained in this Agreement: - <br />A. Contractor shall be paid a total of TWENTY THOUSAI~TD DOLLARS ($20,000) for the term of the <br />agreement. <br />B. ,Contractor shall invoice the County for $10,000 prior to the first quarterly report. Contractor may <br />invoice for the amount of $10,000 upon approval of Contractor's second quarterly report verifying that <br />requested services are being completed according to the quality and quantity agreed upon by both <br />parties. <br />t <br />
