<br />AGREEMENT <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this $ay of ~O2, by <br />and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation <br /> <br />of the State of California ("City"), and CURTIS WILLIAMS & ASSOCIATES <br /> <br />("Consultant"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires the professional services of a planning consultant that <br /> <br />is experienced in general planning, parking and zoning issues. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant has the necessary experience in providing these <br /> <br />professional services. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant has submitted a proposal to City and has affirmed its <br /> <br />willingness and ability to perform such work. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall provide all services described <br /> <br />in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT. City shall compensate <br /> <br />Consultant for all services performed by Consultant hereunder in an amou'nt based <br /> <br />upon Consultant's hourly rates that are prevailing during the time of the performance of <br /> <br />said services.
