<br />9. PAYMENT <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall submit quarterly invoices detailing the services performed <br />during the billing period. RCSD shall pay invoices promptly within a period <br />not to exceed thirty (30) days of receipt of such invoices. <br /> <br />10.
