<br />JP A, CPEIA <br /> <br />Adopted: April18, 2001 <br /> <br />(3) <br />(4) <br />(5) <br /> <br />Comprehensive automobile liability; <br />Health facilities professional liability; <br /> <br />Property and related programs; <br /> <br />and may provide any other coverages authorized by the Board of Directors. <br />(c) EIA Programs. CPEIA members participating in EIA programs shall execute a <br />Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for each EIA program in which they are a participant. <br />Such MOU(s) may provide for, but not be limited to, program funding, Authority funding, <br /> <br />development charges, annual premium, premium surcharge, implementation and effective date, <br />late entry into program, administration of claims, underwriting and claims administration <br /> <br />standards, and program withdrawal or cancellation. <br />CPEIA members participating in EIA Programs shall fund program charges, program <br /> <br />administrative costs and general administrative costs in accordance with the equitable allocation <br />formula developed and approved by the EIA. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />CPEIA Programs. Members participating in CPEIA programs shall execute a <br /> <br />MOU for each CPEIA Program in which they are a participant. ACCOUNTS AND RECORDS <br /> <br />(a) Annual Budget. The Authority shall annually adopt an operating budget pursuant <br />to Article 9 of this Agreement, which shall include a separate budget for each program under <br />development or adopted and implemented by the Authority. <br />(b) Funds and Accounts. The Auditor of the Authority shall establish and maintain <br />such funds and accounts as may be required by good accounting practices and by the Board of <br />Directors. Separate accounts shall be established and maintained for each program under <br />development or adopted and implemented by the Authority.
