Nothing herein shall limit <br />the right of the Authority to purchase insurance to provide such coverage, as is hereinabove set <br />forth. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 24. BYLAWS <br /> <br />The Board may adopt Bylaws consistent with this Agreement, which shall provide for the <br />administration and management of the Authority. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 25. NOTICES <br /> <br />The Authority shall address notices, billings and other communications to a member as <br />directed by the member. Each member shall provide the Authority with the address to which <br /> <br />communications are to be sent. Members shall address notices and other communications to the <br />Authority to the General Manager/Secretary of the Authority, at the office address of the <br />Authority as set forth in the Bylaws. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 26. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />This Agreement may be amended by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the Board following a ninety (90) <br />day review and comment period during which time proposed amendments shall be circulated to <br /> <br />the members of the CPEIA and approved by the EIA Executive Committee. After five (5) years <br />from the date of this Agreement, approval of the EIA Executive Committee shall no longer be <br />needed for amendment of this Agreement. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 27. PROHIBITION AGAINST ASSIGNMENT <br /> <br />No member may assign any right, claim or interest it may have under this Agreement, <br />and no creditor, assignee or third party beneficiary of any member shall have any right, claim or <br />title to any part, share, interest, fund, premium or asset of the Authority. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 28.
