Graduation Ceremony <br />Mayor Ira and Vice Mayor Pierce thanked and congratulated the P.A.C.T. graduates <br />and presented them with certificates. Public Communications Manager Malcolm <br />Smith stated that the next P.A.C.T. session begins on September 7 and will be held <br />on Wednesday evenings.
