<br />a RIG I N A L <br /> <br />DES:djk 11/15/91R (112/28) <br />DES:djk /22/91R <br /> <br />12/2/91 <br /> <br />-------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11651 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR 1992 WATER QUALITY MONITORING <br />PROGRAM; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />contract <br /> <br />documents <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />1992 Water Quality Monitoring Program have been presented to, and <br /> <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />desires <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />signify <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />contract <br /> <br />documents <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Contract <br /> <br />Documents and Specifications for 1992 Water Quality Monitoring <br /> <br />Program", prepared by the Department of General Services, a copy <br /> <br />of which documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the aforesaid work. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
