<br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />DES:djk 11/07/91 (113/28) <br />DES:djk /22/91R <br />12/2/91 <br /> <br />-------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. 11650 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR MAINTENANCE FOR WATER, STORM AND <br />SEWER TELEMETRY SYSTEMS; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />contract <br /> <br />documents <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Maintenance for Water, Storm and Sewer Telemetry Systems for the <br /> <br />period January 1, <br /> <br />1992 - June 30, <br /> <br />1992 have been presented to, <br /> <br />and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />desires <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />signify <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />contract <br /> <br />documents <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Contract <br /> <br />Documents and Specifications for Maintenance for Water, Storm & <br /> <br />Sewer Telemetry <br /> <br />Systems <br /> <br />January <br /> <br />1, <br /> <br />1992 <br /> <br />June <br /> <br />30, <br /> <br />1992", <br /> <br />prepared by the Department of General Services, a copy of which <br /> <br />documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk <br /> <br />is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the aforesaid work. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />
