<br />DES:dft ll/6/9l (037/30) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />11/18/91 <br /> <br />-------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 11647 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING <br />SERVICES RELATING TO CITY CENTER PARKING STRUCTURE <br /> <br />(THE WATRY DESIGN GROUP - BELMONT) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City proposes to construct a <br /> <br />City Center Parking Structure on Marshall Street (the "Project"); <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />in connection with the Project, the City requires <br /> <br />expert <br /> <br />consulting <br /> <br />architectural <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />engineering <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />preparation <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />schematic <br /> <br />alternatives, <br /> <br />design <br /> <br />development, <br /> <br />contract documents and related activities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />The Watry Design Group, <br /> <br />of Belmont, <br /> <br />California, <br /> <br />represents that it is qualified, on the basis of experience and <br /> <br />expertise, <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />perform <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />unique <br /> <br />professional <br /> <br />consulting <br /> <br />architectural and engineering services required for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />for Consulting <br /> <br />Architectural <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Center <br /> <br />Parking <br /> <br />Structure" <br /> <br />(form <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />11/06/91) <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />between <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> <br />and The Watry Design Group, <br /> <br />for the preparation of <br /> <br />schematic <br /> <br />alternatives, design development, contract documents and related <br /> <br />services for the Project; a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />
