<br />DES:djk 11/13/91 <br /> <br />(116/28) <br /> <br />Q~!~!~~~ <br /> <br />11/18/91 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11644 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br />REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br />THEREWITH <br /> <br />("LIGHTING OF THE TREES" AND THE "CHRISTMAS PARADE") <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />letter <br /> <br />permit <br /> <br />issued <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Downtown Association for the use of certain public rights-of-way <br /> <br />ln <br /> <br />connection <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />"Lighting <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Trees" <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />Friday, <br /> <br />December 6, 1991 and the "Christmas Parade" on Saturday, December <br /> <br />7, 1991, in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and <br /> <br />by this reference incorporated herein is hereby approved, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />regulation <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />public <br /> <br />rights-of-way <br /> <br />described <br /> <br />therein <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the <br /> <br />City Manager is hereby authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
