This permit is <br />issued pursuant to Minute Order No. made and entered <br />by the Council of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />The permission herein is granted to the Redwood City Downtown Association <br />(hereinafter, for convenience, called "Permitteell). This permit is <br />sybject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. Name of Event The Lighting of the Trees and the Christmas <br />Parade sponsored and conducted by Permittee. . <br /> <br />2. Revocation. This permit may be revoked at any time without <br />cause by the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Nontransferability. <br /> <br />This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />4. Location. The activities herein permitted shall be conducted <br />(Refer to Attached Map, Exhibit "811). <br /> <br />5. Dates, Time. The Lighting of the Trees shall be conducted on <br />Friday, December 6 at 6:30 p.m. Tbe Christmas Parade shall be conducted <br />on Saturday, December 7 at 11:00 a.m. <br /> <br />6. Course Control. Those portions of the Lighting of the Trees and <br />the Christmas Pârade taking place in the public rights-of-way shall occur <br />i n a manner and shall be 1 imited to that area designated by the Chi ef of <br />Police. <br /> <br />:, <br /> <br />. _."""'" ..--..---...., <br />
