<br />DES:dft <br /> <br />1/7/9l (038/30) <br /> <br />a RIG I N A L <br /> <br />11/18/91 <br /> <br />-------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11638 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND ADOPTING SALARY AND RELATED <br />COMPENSATION PLANS FOR POSITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT WITH THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY INCLUDED IN THE EXECUTIVE SERVICE <br />GROUP AND RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS NUMBERED 11456, 11504 <br />AND 11540 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />monthly <br /> <br />salary <br /> <br />rates <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />dollars <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />established for positions included in the Executive Service Group <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City as set forth in Exhibit "A" hereof, <br /> <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the hourly and bi-weekly equivalent rates for such positions as <br /> <br />set <br /> <br />forth in said Exhibit are <br /> <br />likewise hereby established, <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />ranges, effective from and after October 1, 1991. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Persons appointed on a part-time basis to positions in <br /> <br />the employment classifications designated in Exhibit "A" hereof <br /> <br />shall be compensated on an hourly basis in accordance with the <br /> <br />salary <br /> <br />rates <br /> <br />set <br /> <br />forth <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />Exhibit <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />respective <br /> <br />positions of employment. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That certain document entitled "City of Redwood City - <br /> <br />Executive <br /> <br />Service <br /> <br />Compensation <br /> <br />Plan, <br /> <br />October 1, <br /> <br />1991 <br /> <br />September 30, <br /> <br />1992" attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B", and by <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />incorporated <br /> <br />herein, <br /> <br />setting <br /> <br />forth <br /> <br />terms <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />conditions of employment (other than the salary rates established <br /> <br />pursuant <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />paragraph <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />hereof) <br /> <br />pertaining <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />positions <br /> <br />included in the aforementioned Executive Service Group, is hereby <br /> <br />approved and adopted. <br /> <br />...._~-_.._.........-.. <br />
