<br />DES:djk 11/06/91 <br /> <br />(109/28) <br /> <br />0 RIB I N A L <br /> <br />11/18/91 <br /> <br />-------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11637 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO WHEREBY <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY WILL PROVIDE COMPUTER <br />PROGRAMMING SERVICES AND SOFTWARE TO SAID CITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Programming <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Computer <br /> <br />Softwarell <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />between <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City and the City of South San Francisco, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf the the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
