<br />DAL:djk 10/28/91 <br /> <br />(107/28) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The City of Redwood City agrees to the property tax <br /> <br />incremental <br /> <br />factor of <br /> <br />.0723374599 <br /> <br />to be <br /> <br />transferred <br /> <br />from the <br /> <br />County Fire Protection District (Tax Code Area 73019) to the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City of Redwood City agrees to the property tax <br /> <br />incremental <br /> <br />factor of <br /> <br />.0389072l75 <br /> <br />to be <br /> <br />transferred <br /> <br />from the <br /> <br />County Library District <br /> <br />(Tax Code Area 730l9) <br /> <br />to the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The City of Redwood City agrees <br /> <br />to th property tax <br /> <br />incremental <br /> <br />factor of <br /> <br />.0887553226 <br /> <br />to be <br /> <br />transferred <br /> <br />from the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo (Tax Code Area 73019) to the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />It is agreed that the appropriation limits of the City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />shall be <br /> <br />increased by the <br /> <br />amounts <br /> <br />set <br /> <br />forth <br /> <br />above. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />The resolution is conditioned upon the completion of <br /> <br />the annexation of the property to the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enter <br /> <br />into any agreement regarding this resolution. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />. ..~.-.......__.. .-.-..,....... <br />
