Additional Matters. <br /> <br />The City agrees to provide the following: <br /> <br />* Post "No Parking Signs" on the 10/25/91. <br />* Provide barricades at EI Camino and Broadway and Broadway and Perry. <br />* Provide traffic cones at EI Camino and Broadway for conning off the right <br />turn lane from EI Camino onto Broadway.. <br />* Provide normal police patrols. <br /> <br />* The Permittee agrees to place the barricades and cones. <br /> <br />Additional or further matters not herein described or contemplated in connection <br />with the "Health for You and Safety Too", Health Fair, shall not be effectuated <br />without the prior written consent of the Chief of Police. <br /> <br />12. Acceptance. This permit shall not be effective until fully executed by all <br />parties hereto and accepted by Permittee, and returned to the City.
