<br />DES:dft lO/01/9l (032/30) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />10/21/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11625 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR STREET <br />LIGHT PROJECT, 1991; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the hereinafter described contract documents have <br /> <br />been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />desires <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />signify <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />approval <br /> <br />thereof and to authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise <br /> <br />for bids for the work therein described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />contract <br /> <br />documents <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Contract <br /> <br />Documents <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Street <br /> <br />Light Project, <br /> <br />1991"; <br /> <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development, Engineering <br /> <br />Division, for the installation and construction of certain street <br /> <br />lighting facilities in specified areas of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, a copy of which documents is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />.-"-.-.-'---..----..-.-""-.--'- .__.._--_._.._.._-_..._~.._.._._._-_. -'_._~'--"-'-'- <br />I <br />
