<br />Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 8, below ('Amendments") <br />the above specified hourly rate of compensation and the percentage of <br />overhead and administrative costs may be revised by the City from time to <br />time during the term, or extended term, hereof. <br /> <br />City will provide Atherton, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices <br />sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, hourly rates, and related <br />activities and costs for approval by Atherton. <br /> <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement which are not in conflict with the <br />provisions of this Amendment No.5 will remain in full force and effect. In case of a <br />conflict in the terms of the Original Agreement and this Amendment No.5, the <br />provisions of this Amendment No.5 shall control. <br /> <br />3.
