<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.2 <br />TO <br />AGREEMENT FOR VEHICLE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AND FUEL PURCHASING <br /> <br />(TOWN OF ATHERTON) <br /> <br />This Amendment No.2 is entered into and effective as of the d.-. ~ of <br />~ ~ ,2004, amending the agreement dated April 27, 2000 (the <br />"Ag ement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation ("City"), and the Town of Atherton, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California ("Atherton") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />A. On July 2, 2002, the Parties agreed to an amendment to the Agreement by <br />letter of same date from City to Atherton; and <br /> <br />B. The Parties have agreed to an adjusted hourly rate charged by City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Atherton will pay City for all work associated with those services described <br />in the Agreement at an adjusted rate of $95.21 per hour. City will provide Atherton, on a <br />monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, hourly <br />rates, and related activities and costs for approval by Atherton. <br /> <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br />time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />3.
