<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />',1. .. -""." . <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.3 <br />TO AGREEMENT FOR VEHICLE MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br /> <br />(TOWN OF ATHERTON) <br /> <br />This Amendment No.3 is entered into and effective as of the ~ day of <br />'----"IBa61"" ,2006, amending the Agreement dated April 27, 2000, (the <br />"Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City"), and the Town of Atherton, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("Atherton") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />A. On April 27, 2000, the Parties hereto entered into an Agreement for vehicle <br />maintenance services, which Agreement sets forth the rights, responsibilities, duties <br />and restrictions regarding vehicle maintenance. <br /> <br />B. On July 2, 2002 the Parties agreed to an amendment to the Agreement by <br />letter of same date from the Town of Atherton; and <br /> <br />C. The Parties now wish to amend Section 4. Compensation: Costs: <br />Revisions of said Agreement to reflect current labor rates for maintenance and repair <br />services. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1 . Atherton will pay City for all work associated with those services described <br />in the Agreement at an adjusted rate of $106.21 per hour. City will provide Atherton, on <br />a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, <br />hourly rates, and related activities and costs for approval by Atherton. <br /> <br />2.
