Voter Approved Tax Override. The full amount of any tax override authorized by the voters of the District on certain parcels of real property in the Total Project Area and levied by the Board of Trustees of the District on an annual basis shall continue to be paid to the District unaffected by this Agreement. 7. Allocation of Special Taxes. The District also shall be allocated, and paid, in addition to the portion of taxes allocated pursuant to Subdivision (a) of Health and Safety Code Section 33670, all or any portion of the Tax Increment from the Amendment Area allocated to the Agency pursuant to Subdivision (b) of Health and Safety Code Section 33670 attributable to increases in the rate of tax imposed for the benefit of the District, which levy occurs after the tax year in which the ordinance adopting the Second Amendment becomes effective. 8. Payment Procedure. The Agency shall approve and pay to the District those respective amounts pursuant to this Agreement during each fiscal year within a reasonable period after the Agency shall have received the Tax Increment from the County Controller; provided, that payments in relation to allocations received between July 1 and December 31 of any fiscal year shall be made no later than the following January 31, and that payments in relation to allocations received between January 1 and June 30 of any fiscal year shall be made no later than the following July 6
